Meet Dr Cecilia Chan (Dentist)

For Dr Cecilia there are many reasons why she was inspired to become a dentist. For one, she loves helping patients feel better about themselves. She also enjoys developing relationships with patients across the spectrum. Working with kids is especially rewarding for Dr. Cecilia; she enjoys helping them keep their smiles healthy as they grow.

A Solid Background and Ongoing Learning

Dr Cecilia earned both her Bachelor of Science (2010) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (2014) from the University of Melbourne. Since then, she’s stayed curious and passionate about learning for the benefit of her patients. Over the years, she’s completed multiple orthodontic and clinical training programs, including:

• OrthoEd 2-year course (2024)
• TMD & Sleep Mini Residency (2023)
• IAADent Orthodontic Course (2019)
• IAADent Advanced Pain Course (2019)

Making Appointments Feel Comfortable

For many people, dental visits can be stressful, causing considerable anxiety. Dr Cecilia gets that.

Beyond the Dental Chair

When she’s not at the practice, you’ll usually find Dr Cecilia playing with her two rabbits or hanging out with Mocha, her clever (and cheeky) Cavoodle.

Dr Cecilia also speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and she previously taught dental students at La Trobe University in Mildura.
