Lightwood Dental Cancellation Policy
At Lightwood Dental, we are committed to providing the highest level of care to all our patients. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing appointments, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations and failure to attend appointments:
*Standard:* – *We require 48 hours notice.* This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need of care.
- A $50 cancellation fee applies if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided to cancel or reschedule your appointment (or if a patient fails to attend)
Longer Appointments/Procedures:
- *A 30% deposit is required to secure longer appointments. Late cancellations/rescheduling/failure to attend will result in the deposit being forfeited.*
*Patients will be advised if they need to pay a deposit and the related policy*
Frequent Cancellations or No-Shows
- Patients who frequently cancel, fail to attend, or reschedule appointments will be required to pay a $50 deposit to secure any new appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost but is non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
We understand emergencies happen that prevent you from attending your appointment, so please let us know if there are extenuating circumstances.
