Meet Dr Anooshree Katwe (Dentist)
Dr Anooshree holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine from the University of Melbourne and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Western Australia, graduating in 2022. During her postgraduate studies, she earned multiple awards and grants for action research investigating dental anxiety in Deaf signing Australians.
Her work was published in the Journal of Dental Sciences, reflecting her interest in research and understanding how dentistry intersects with people’s lives.
Her Approach to Patient Care
Anooshree enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and teeth whitening. She recognises that oral health and the appearance of a smile can influence confidence and overall wellbeing.

Giving Back to the Community
Anooshree has a long-standing passion for community service. She spent time in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, providing oral care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families. Giving back remains an important part of who she is, and she intends to continue volunteering throughout her dental career.
Outside the Practice
When she’s not in the clinic, Anooshree is an avid reader and a dedicated member of her monthly book club. She also enjoys swimming, Pilates, and exploring Melbourne’s food scene with family and friends.
